CIVIL & QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
(CODE IA 001)
Responsibilities
• Reports to the plant project manager and is responsible for the Supervision of civil works and quality Assurance in the new crusher project.
• Civil drawing documentation
• Design of the new Batching plant
• Monitors and coordinates the activities of civil contractors on the project.
• Monitors the quality of materials and ensure quality control.
• Ensure proper implementation of civil works according to specification and quality control in general.
It Skills
• Must be a computer user with good knowledge of Auto card, M-Excel and M.s project.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of engineering and/or HND in Civil engineering
The Person
• Age between 30- 45 years. Proactive, Self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player
Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
(CODE IA 002)
Responsibilities
• Report to the plant project manager and is responsible for the supervision of mechanical installations in the new crusher project.
• Documentation of mechanical drawings
• Supervision of Steel Erection
• Supervision of machine and equipment installation
• Production of modification drawings for the fabrication
• To ensure proper implementation of mechanical works according to specification.
IT Skills
• Must be a computer user with good knowledge of Auto card,
• MS-Excel and M.s project.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of engineering and/or HND mechanical engineering
The Person
• Age between 30 - 45 years. Proactive, self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player

PLANNER
(CODE IA 003)
Responsibilities
• Reports to the plant project manager
• Set out technical sequence and tracks progress of work and ensures that the schedule of work is maintained for the new crusher project.
• Prepares formal status reports
• Maintains liaison relationship with project contractors for the purpose of ensuring efficiency in project sequence of activities Maintains work records and files.
• Prepares monthly project progress and daily logs etc
• Ensures that the project is completed as planned,
IT Skills
• Must be a computer user with good knowledge in Auto card, MS..Excel and M.S project.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of engineering and/or HND mechanical engineering
The Person
• Age between 30 - 45 years. Proactive, Self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player
Experience
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(CODE IA 004)
Responsibilities
• Reports to the plant manager and is responsible for the management and minimization of all cost relating to the new crusher project
• Evaluates cost estimates in the volume of concrete and other construction materials
• Prepares and analyzes costing trends
• Build cost control in the project.
• Arbitrates the project
• Actualizes the actual cost estimates and cost control in the projects
IT Skills
• Must be a computer user with good knowledge of Auto card, M-Excel and M.s project.
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor degree or HND in quantity surveying
The Person
• Age between 30 - 4S years. Proactive, Self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player
Experience
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.

HEADMASTER-TRAINING CENTER
(CODE IA 005)
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Operation Director
• Guides the operations of the training center (project in progress) and is responsible for supervising its administration.
• Functions as full time mechanical instructor.
• Provide the company with fully trained and sensitized professionals after passing them through 3 years of intensive training in the field of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Gives the apprentices a full academic and vocational background for the future development
• Provides the necessary leadership to the training center and will be in charge of up to 45 apprentices, electrical workshops, classrooms, offices, maintaining, updating, preparing didactic material and correspondent infrastructure.
• Insures the provision of tools, materials and the maintenance of the installations
• Will work closely with the instructors, apprentice ad HR
Job Skills
• Mechanical maintenance skill
• Mechanical manufacturing skills
• Tool machine, tool handling and fitting skills
• Teaching skills, versed in basic social science
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering and/or HND (Or its equivalent)
The Person
• Age between 30 - 45 years. Proactive, Self motivated, disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be II team player
Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience including 3 years experience in mechanical or electrical training environment.

MECHANICAL INSTRUCTOR
(CODE IA 006)
Responsibilities
• Reports to the Headmaster (Training Centre) and is responsible for guiding the operations of the training center's mechanical workshop activities and be partly responsible for and supervises its administration,
• Functions as a full time mechanical instructor
• Provides the company with fully trained and sensitized maintenance mechanics after passing them through 3 years of intensive training in the fields of mechanical maintenance
• Gives the apprentices a full academic and vocational background for future development.
• Provides the necessary leadership to the mechanical part of the training center and will be in charge of up to 30 apprentices.
• Maintenances of the mechanical workshop of the training center and supervision of one assistant mechanical instructor.
• Maintaining, updating and preparing mechanical didactic materials
• Supervises and insures the provision of tools, materials and the maintenance of the mechanical installations
• Will work closely with the instructors, apprentice, the headmaster and HR
